I am Zainab Mustapha. I enjoy helping teams turn unclear ideas into structured, workable products. I like understanding user needs, asking the right questions, and working closely with engineers, designers, and other partners to move things forward with clarity.
Most of my work involves product discovery, writing and refining requirements, shaping product flows, coordinating across teams, and making sure ideas are ready to be delivered thoughtfully and effectively.
Outside of product work, I enjoy volunteering, travelling, drawing mandalas, and crocheting. These creative practices sharpen my observation, pattern recognition, and systems thinking, and help me approach problems from different perspectives.
